Acknowledging the serious responsibility I have as a designer to design space that makes a positive contribution to the physical and mental health of my clients, I decided in 2018 to cross that bridge and to work on this mission from my own design studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an independent designer, I can adopt a more agile and flexible role. By working together in larger project teams, I have a larger span to create a healthy built environment for more healthy people, more healthy organizations and a wider healthy society. By using my natural talents, expertise and experience for this greater cause, I feel that my work is more meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From an early age, I dreamed of working across the globe with people from all cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Image: I found this image on my camera after a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge in October 2017.  Little did I know that only one month later, I would resign from my comfortable position as Head of Design in a small Design & Projectmanagement company to cross that bridge, to walk with courage towards \u2018the big city\u2019 trusting what would unfold and to meet that growing urge to make more impact with my natural talents. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
